Error message when attempting to lift all days within a Stand-down

The ‘Advice of Lifting Stand-down’ is only to be used to shorten the number of days within a Stand-down. To lift all the days, or cancel the Stand-down, use the ‘Cancel Stand-down’ button.

If the ‘Number of days lifted’ selected is the maximum number in the drop-down list, the following error message will be displayed.

‘You have selected the maximum number of days to lift from the Stand-down.

You can only use this option to shorten the number of days within a Stand-down.

If you want to cancel the Stand-down, use the ‘Cancel Stand-down’ button instead.’

 If the Number of days lifted selected is the maximum number in the drop-down list, the following error message will be displayed. You have selected the maximum number of days to lift from the Stand-down..

Smoking/Vaping in the Predominant Behaviour drop-down

The Predominant Behaviour ‘Smoking’ was changed to ‘Smoking/Vaping’ in the ‘Advice of Stand-down’ and ‘Advice of Suspension’ forms.

 The Predominant Behaviour Smoking was changed to Smoking/Vaping n the Advice of Stand-down form.

Current Year Level

The Current Year Level (CYL) is the current Academic Year Level rather than the Funding Year Level. To clarify the CYL, we made the following changes in the Edit Student screen.

  • Added a help icon with a tool tip of ‘The Current Year Level is the Academic Year Level.’

  • Updated the existing label ‘Year Level’ to ‘Current Year Level’.
