Changes to ENROL - October 2022
- Error message when attempting to lift all days within a Stand-down
- Smoking/Vaping in the Predominant Behaviour drop-down
- Current Year Level
The ‘Advice of Lifting Stand-down’ is only to be used to shorten the number of days within a Stand-down. To lift all the days, or cancel the Stand-down, use the ‘Cancel Stand-down’ button.
If the ‘Number of days lifted’ selected is the maximum number in the drop-down list, the following error message will be displayed.
The Predominant Behaviour ‘Smoking’ was changed to ‘Smoking/Vaping’ in the ‘Advice of Stand-down’ and ‘Advice of Suspension’ forms.
The Current Year Level (CYL) is the current Academic Year Level rather than the Funding Year Level. To clarify the CYL, we made the following changes in the Edit Student screen.
- Added a help icon with a tool tip of ‘The Current Year Level is the Academic Year Level.’
- Updated the existing label ‘Year Level’ to ‘Current Year Level’.
Specialist schools are exempt from this change.
