Changes to ENROL - December 2020

The age range for Alternative Education (AE) recording in ENROL has been increased

The new age range is between the ages of 11–18 (inclusive).

If the “Begin Date” is earlier than the student’s 11th birthday for the AE enrolment, the following error message will be displayed.

“The student must be 11 on the Begin Date”.

 “The student must be less than 18 on the Begin Date”.

If the “Begin Date” is later than the student’s 18th birthday for the AE enrolment, the following error message will be displayed.
“The student must be less than 18 on the Begin Date”.
