Validation checks for Off-site Units’ Begin and Finish Dates
When the user withdraws a student with the Last Day of Attendance before the Begin Date of the Off-site Units, the error message will be displayed.
"Last Day of Attendance must be equal to or later than the Begin Date of all Off-site Units for this student".
The user may not proceed until all error conditions have been resolved.
When the user withdraws a student with the Last Day of Attendance before the Finish Date of the Off-site Units, the following error message will be displayed.
“Last Day of Attendance must be equal to or later than the Finish Date of all Off-site Units for this student.”
The user may not proceed until all error conditions have been resolved.
Warning when you enter a First Day of Attendance too far back
We have amended the warning message when the First Day of Attendance (FDA) entered is more than 30 days in the past.
“You have entered a First Day of Attendance which is more than 30 days in the past.
Please ensure this date is correct before proceeding.”
The warning message won't prevent the user from proceeding with the FDA entered - it's intended to prompt the user to double check that the date wasn't entered in error.
If the date is correct, click Next and continue. Otherwise, change the date and click Next.
Amending First Day of Attendance
We have stopped the error occurring when the user edits the First Day of Attendance within the enrolment for a new student in the Attendance and Transfers screen.
