The following is a list of current individual employment agreement templates for all school staff who are not members of a union, or whose work is not covered by a collective agreement.
Who an individual employment agreement is for
Teachers, principals and all other school staff who aren’t union members must sign an individual employment agreement. Promulgated individual employment agreements are available for most types of employment in schools. You can download the appropriate IEA from the list below.
All employees who are employed full-time or part-time, who are permanent or fixed term (but not casual) and whose work doesn’t fall within the coverage clause of a collective agreement must sign the following individual employment agreement:

All casual "as required" employees (such as school transport drivers and hostel workers) who are employed by a Board of Trustees and whose work does not fall within the coverage clause of a collective agreement must sign the following individual employment agreement:
