Education and Training Amendment Bill (No.3) and Regulatory Systems (Education) Amendment Bill

On 23 March 2023, the Education and Training Amendment Bill (no. 3) and the Regulatory Systems (Education) Amendment Bill were introduced into House of Parliament. These bills address a range of policy and technical matters to strengthen the current legislation and continually support improvements to the education sector.
