This is the new version of the licensing criterion and associated guidance.
Criterion GMA101#
The following are prominently displayed at the service:
- the service’s current licence certificate; and
- the name and contact details of a person who parents, whānau and visitors can contact for questions about the service and/or to make a complaint about the service’s operation.

How to show you are complying #
You must prominently display your service’s current licence and the name and contact details of the person who people can speak to if they have questions or want to make a complaint.
You could display this information in your entrance area or on a noticeboard, so they are prominently displayed.
Prominently displayed means the licence and contact details should be in an obvious and conspicuous place that parents, whānau and visitors can easily see.
