Criterion GMA101#

The following are prominently displayed at the service:

  • the service’s current licence certificate; and
  • the name and contact details of a person who parents, whānau and visitors can contact for questions about the service and/or to make a complaint about the service’s operation.

Guidance#

How to show you are complying #

You must prominently display your service’s current licence and the name and contact details of the person who people can speak to if they have questions or want to make a complaint.

You could display this information in your entrance area or on a noticeboard, so they are prominently displayed.

Prominently displayed means the licence and contact details should be in an obvious and conspicuous place that parents, whānau and visitors can easily see.
