How to show you are complying #

You must make sure any documents required by regulations and licensing criteria are made available when requested by parents and Government officials who have a right of entry to the service.

If older documents are stored off-site, they must be easy to find and access when needed.

Government officials will be able to provide evidence of their right of entry, which allows them to request documentation for the purpose of audits or inspections.

Compliance is assessed based on the provision of documents that must be maintained under regulations and licensing criteria.
