Schedule B: Sick Leave Translation
Translation to the new sick leave entitlement in clause 5.2.1(b) will be based on the years of service accrued under the table-based entitlement in clause 5.2.1(a) and the corresponding allocation for the aggregated sick leave entitlement.
A principal’s sick leave balance will be their translated entitlement less sick leave taken during their service to date, but no principal will have a sick leave balance:
- of less than 10 days; or
- of less than their balance as at 27 January 2024.
as a result of the translation.
