Part 9: Resignation

Secondary Principals' Collective Agreement
Effective: 1 December 2022 to 1 May 2025

  • 9.1 Resignation

    • 9.1.1 The principal's employment may be terminated at any time by the principal giving to the board not less than two months written notice, unless a shorter time is mutually agreed.

      9.1.2 The requirement to provide two months written notice continues to apply when a Principal is Seconded to a Specified Eduction Sector Agency.
