Appendix C: Grandparented Ground Staff Retiring Leave

School Caretakers', Cleaners', Canteen and Ground Staff Collective Agreement
Effective 14 November 2022 to 13 November 2024
(includes variation dated 6 June 2023)

  • Grandparented Ground Staff Retiring Leave

    • 1.  Retiring leave may be granted to full-time ground staff employees on completion of 40 years’ service or on completion of ten or more years’ service at age 60 years or over.

      2.  The entitlement will be in accordance with clause 4.86 and the schedule specified below. Retiring leave may be taken as leave or may be taken as a lump sum grant on retirement.

      3.  Provided the eligibility criteria specified above are met, retiring leave will be granted on the following basis.
