Who applies#

Someone involved in the governance of your proposed centre-based early childhood service will need to complete an EC1-CB form and attach appropriate documentation.

Apply for a licence#

From 1 September 2026, the Education Review Office (ERO) is responsible for licensing and regulating early childhood education services.
