Cashbook and calculator tools to assist you#
Tab 1 provides instructions on how to use these tools.
Calculators#
Tab 2 of this workbook has 2 calculator tools, one to support in excluding GST from expenses and another to help calculate any power bill expenses from your lunch programme.
Cashbook#
Tab 3 of the workbook includes a cashbook tool. All your expenditure can be added to the cashbook tool and it will auto populate the relevant end of term financial report. You can use it throughout the terms to keep tabs on your expenditure.
Need help#
Completing the funding forms and end of term financial reporting is a requirement each school and kura agreed to within your funding agreement with the Ministry.
