About this policy#

This policy sets out the:

• objectives, procedures and expectations for the Ministry of Education when dealing with potential prosecutions and formal warnings
• requirements for assessing whether taking prosecution action is justified and how the prosecution decision is to be made.

It applies to all employees, contractors and volunteers working for us.
