University Advisory Group open for submissions

The University Advisory Group (UAG) has called for public submissions today as part of the first of several consultation phases.

This consultation phase closes on 31 May 2024. 

Phase 1 consultation covers high-level sectoral questions that consider the role of universities in New Zealand. Submissions will inform the initial report to the government.

Subsequent consultation phases will consider quality and excellence in teaching, research and knowledge transfer, efficiency, effectiveness, adaptability, as well as fiscal and policy considerations.
