- the school board
- Ministry of Education using the 'advice of suspension form' in ENROL.
The notification must include:

Information must reach the school board, the student and a parent at least 48 hours before suspension meeting.
See Rules 14 and 15 in the Legislative guide for clarification.
3. Take all reasonable steps to ensure reasonable and practicable guidance and counselling is provided, as well as an appropriate educational programme (Section 84(2)).
Keep a record of this.
