Why it matters#

Pacific learners, families and communities continue to tell us that strong relationships, cultural identity, language and wellbeing are essential for success.

This report demonstrates ongoing commitment to accountability, transparency and partnership with Pacific communities.

How we track progress#

A Measurement Framework is used to track progress across the five key shifts of the APPE.

The framework brings together existing data to show what is changing over time and where further focus is needed.

Baseline data was established in the 2020-2022 biennial report and is used to support ongoing monitoring. The latest data is updated regularly as new information becomes available and published on Education Counts.

Measurement framework data – Education Counts

Not all indicators currently have data available however, the framework will continue to be refined as data sources improve.
