About the wholesaler#
Gilmours is part of the larger Foodstuffs Co-op, with Trents as their South Island delivery partner.
Gilmours provide quality ingredients to help you serve nutritious meals to students across New Zealand.
Many of these ingredients have been used in cost-effective recipes designed for the programme.
This gives you direct access to pre-negotiated wholesale food items and packaging, including:
- fresh produce, butchery and seafood
- grocery and dry ingredients
- chilled and frozen foods
- packaging.
Gilmours ordering portal#
Getting set up#
Meal providers must set up an account to access the programme wholesale pricing.
If you already have an account with Gilmours (North Island) or Trents (South Island), you will need to set up a separate account specifically for Healthy School Lunches.

Download the onboarding pack#
An onboarding pack is available for you to download.
It contains the onboarding process, store contact details, guidance for ordering (including lead times and delivery) and details on how product pricing for the programme works will be provided.
