Accessing the system#
All providers require access to the attendance service case management system. Access is managed by your organisation’s ESL online delegated authoriser.
These are the steps for delegated authorisers to set up attendance service case management system access.
Invite staff members to accept their ESL invitation to either create their new ESL profile or use their existing profile.
Assign "Case Management System" role on your staff member’s profile.
Your staff must complete the mandatory attendance service case management system for service providers training before gaining access. Once the case management system role is assigned they will receive their training invitation within 1 working day.
