The Associate Minister of Education gives notice of the making of the following amendment criteria:

• Licensing Criteria for Early Childhood Education and Care Services Amendment Criteria 2025
• Licensing Criteria for Home-based Education and Care Services Amendment Criteria 2025
• Licensing Criteria for Hospital-based Education and Care Services Amendment Criteria 2025.

These amendment criteria come into effect on 20 April 2026.
