Under the new leadership structure, our business groups are:

- Te Pou Taunaki | Learning Support – led by Deputy Secretary | Hautū, Bridget White
- Te Pou Kōrero | Digital and Data – led by Deputy Secretary | Hautū, Rich Adams
- Te Poutāhū | Curriculum Centre – led by Acting Deputy Secretary | Hautū Taupua, Pauline Cleaver
- Te Pou Tuarongo | Māori Education – led by Deputy Secretary | Hautū, Mere-Hēni Reweti-Simcock
- Te Pou Ohumahi Mātauranga | Education Workforce – led by Deputy Secretary | Hautū, Anna Welanyk
- Te Pou Kaupapahere | Policy – led by Deputy Secretary | Hautū, Andy Jackson
- Te Pou Rangatōpū | Corporate – led by Acting Deputy Secretary | Hautū Taupua, Doug Craig (while recruitment continues for the permanent role).
