Purpose of this notification#

We have been working with Koromiko Mākoha on a minor change to their enrolment scheme.

The change is being made to include their te reo Māori bilingual special programme in their enrolment scheme. There are no proposed changes to the home zone of Koromiko Mākoha.

The proposed commencement date of this change is 1 January 2027.

What happens next#

When this notification closes, we will consider any comments we receive. We will then process this minor amendment to make sure it meets the requirements of the Education and Training Act 2020. If we are satisfied that the enrolment scheme meets requirements, the enrolment scheme will be finalised and given to the school board to implement.
