July funding information on Pourato from 30 June#

On 30 June, Pourato will email early learning service provider funding contacts with your access link and guidance on how to log in. July funding information will be available on Pourato from 30 June.

The email will have links to Pourato visual guides, where to find more information and details for online drop-in sessions in July. We will be phasing email distribution throughout the day.

This past week, funding contacts and administrative staff from early learning service providers attended online Pourato preview demonstrations. These sessions provided an overview of how Pourato will work, tips on how to navigate and an opportunity to ask questions.

A video demonstration will be posted at the below link from 25 June:

To support service providers using Pourato for the first time, we’ll be holding daily, 30-minute, online drop-in sessions from 1 to 11 July. You’ll be able ask questions and pop in at a range of times. Details to follow on the Pourato webpage closer to the time.

ECE Census week#

The early childhood education (ECE) Census week will be underway from 23 June and closes on 29 June. You will need to submit your fully completed and accurate ECE Census through an approved Student Management System (SMS) or the Early Learning Information (ELI) system to us by 17 July.

Playgroups, casual and hospital-based services that are not connected to ELI have been emailed a link to complete their census return via an online survey.

If you have not received this link, or have any queries about the ECE census, contact [email protected].
