Secondary Teachers Collective Agreement Arbitration Panel Recommendations
The Secondary Teachers Collective Agreement Arbitration Panel has provided its recommendations to PPTA Te Wehengarua and the Ministry of Education.

As set out in the terms of reference for the arbitration, the Ministry has accepted the panel’s recommendations and has recommended them to the Minister of Education.
As also set out in the terms of reference, the PPTA executive will recommend its members ratify a settlement arising from the recommendations.
Both parties thank the panel for their careful consideration of the issues and for their recommendations after what have been complex and protracted negotiations.
