Grant recipients
- Rāwhiti School, Christchurch
- Bailey Road School, Auckland
- Southland Girls’ High School
- Whangarei Girls’ High School
About the grants
The Education Gazette | Blue Star technology fund totals $10,000. Four awards of $2,500 were offered: two to support hangarau matihiko in te reo Māori-medium education, and two to support digital technology teaching in English-medium education.
The funds are to be spent on technology by the school or kura to enhance their programme. By entering, schools and kura agree to share their DT|HM learning experiences for possible inclusion in a future edition of the Education Gazette.
Note: as there were no entries from Māori-medium kura for these grants, all four grants were selected from the pool of submitted applications.
