Grandparented Retiring Leave
- Retiring leave may be granted to full-time employees on completion of 40 years service or on completion of ten or more years’ service at age 60 years or over.
- The entitlement will be according to the schedule specified in (3) below. Retiring leave may be taken as leave or may be taken as a lump sum grant on retirement.
- Provided the eligibility criteria above are met, retiring leave will be granted on the following basis.
