The performance of your education provider
If you are interested in learning more about the educational performance of a school or an early childhood service, you can get this from an Education Review Office's report (external link) .
If you are interested in learning more about the educational performance of a private training establishment or an institute of technology and polytechnic, you can get this from the New Zealand Qualifications Authority (external link) .

Student withdrawals and refunds
The New Zealand Government regulates refund provisions for international students enrolled at private training establishments. Details on these are available from the New Zealand Qualifications Authority. (external link)
All education providers are required by section 4.2 of the Code of Practice to make their refund conditions available to you in writing before you enter into any commitments (such as enrolment).
