Minister of Education Chris Hipkins announces Showquest National final results

On 16 August 2019, the Minister of Education Chris Hipkins announced the winners of 2019 Showquest National finals, and congratulated all the participants.

Showquest is a performing arts platform for schools, consisting of a nationwide series of events produced by Rockquest Promotions Ltd with the support of the Ministry of Education.

Showquest supports schools and students from year 1 – 13 to showcase Music, Dance, Drama, Art, Technology and Culture. 

The winners: 

1ST PLACE: Sacred Heart Girls’ College - New Plymouth
2ND PLACE: Kuranui College - Greytown
3RD PLACE: Avondale College - Auckland
HIGHLY COMMENDED: Bream Bay College - Whangarei

VIDEO WALL: Kuranui College
